All NRYX Labs products are sold strictly for laboratory and in-vitro research purposes.

1. Intended Use
Products offered by NRYX Labs are research materials intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory investigation and analysis by qualified researchers, institutions, and professionals. Purchasers are responsible for ensuring their use complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
2. No Medical or Therapeutic Claims
NRYX Labs makes no medical, therapeutic, weight-loss, disease-treatment, dosing, administration, or human-use claims regarding any product. Product descriptions are factual and editable by administrators. Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice.
3. Not for Human Consumption

Permitted Certificates of Analysis (COAs), Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and other documentation are associated with products and lots where applicable. NRYX Labs does not fabricate test results, certifications, or quality claims. Documentation reflects only permitted, verified data.
5. Purchaser Responsibilities
Purchasers must be of legal age and properly authorized to acquire and handle research materials. Purchasers are responsible for safe handling, storage, and disposal in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and institutional policies.
6. Compliance
NRYX Labs reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, restrict account access, or limit product availability at its discretion, including where a purchaser's intended use appears inconsistent with this statement or applicable law.
